What is the standard delivery time for domestic and international orders?
Domestic orders within Pakistan are typically delivered within 3-5 working days. International shipping takes approximately 7-10 working days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our courier partner's website to monitor your shipment's progress.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer exchanges for items that are damaged or have manufacturing defects, provided they are reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or sale items.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan. For international customers and prepaid domestic orders, we accept all major Credit/Debit cards (Visa and Mastercard) as well as Bank Transfers.
Are the colors of the outfits accurate on the website?
We strive to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to photographic lighting and different screen resolutions, a slight variation in the actual color of the garment may occur.
Do you offer customization or stitching services for unstitched collections?
Currently, we offer our collections in standard ready-to-wear sizes and unstitched formats. We do not provide custom stitching or alterations at this time.
