At Agha Noor Official, we strive to ensure every customer is delighted with their purchase; however, if you are not satisfied, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy within 14 days of delivery for unworn items with original tags.

Return Process

  Contact our dedicated customer support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and clear images of the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Once your request is acknowledged, ensure the garment is in its original condition, unwashed and unaltered, with all Agha Noor security tags and packaging intact.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack the item securely in its original box and ship it back to our central warehouse using a trackable courier service to ensure safe arrival.

• 4.
  Processing & Resolution

  After our quality assurance team inspects the returned item, we will issue a store credit or process your exchange within 7 to 10 business days.
